Needed?

I wonder whether we need a separate article for this. - Cobold (talk · contribs) 15:44, 19 August 2007 (EDT)

Dunno. I guess it was a key item in passing the underground stage.Knife (talk) 19:39, 19 August 2007 (EDT)

Yes, keep it. This was an important item in the Underground Stage, so it belongs here. My Bloody Valentine

I don't think it should be deleted but I think all the non-mario info has to go. Marioguy1 (talk)

Yeah but it is then a stub. KS3 (talk)
KS3, stop saying that something should be merged/deleted because it's a stub. Have you never heard of expanding? I'm getting really annoyed. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
Also, that "non-mario info" is from Super Smash Bros. Melee, Adventure Mode's third level. Hello, I'm Time Turner.
I never said it should be merged. Triforce needs to appear in more games... KS3 (talk · contribute)

Split Triforce Arcade and LoZ Triforce

Triforce means two different things, and can't be in the same article. One means the arcade board, which is used by Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2. We also cover non-household hardware, such as the Nintendo PlayChoice-10 and VS. System for some examples. It should be worth noting that no information for the Triforce arcade board has been made available for Super Mario Wiki. Article creation will and should happen. The other means the symbol of The Legend of Zelda series, and has the loose justification of being a Super Smash Bros. series article set forth by the Super Mario Wiki coverage policy. I propose a split, but a unique one that also factors in appropriate naming, because both share the same name, if one of the three support options ends up as the winning option.

LoZ Triforce Gets Moved to the Identifier

  1. Wildgoosespeeder (talk) Per proposal. I like this option the most.

Arcade Triforce Gets Moved to the Identifier

  1. Wildgoosespeeder (talk) Per proposal. Not as ideal, but at least two different articles.
  2. Alex95 (talk) - When you think of "Triforce", the Zelda item is usually the first to come to mind.

Both Pages Gets Moved to an Identifier, Triforce becomes a disambiguation page

  1. Wildgoosespeeder (talk) Per proposal. If the previous two options aren't liked.
  2. Alex95 (talk) - They are two different things that have minimal influence on the Mario series. Because of this, "Triforce (symbol)" and "Triforce (arcade board)" makes the most sense to me.

If an identifier is needed, what should it be, to follow MarioWiki:Naming#Shared titles? --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 11:10, 3 April 2018 (EDT)

There doesn't seem to be anything to split. The arcade titles are placed into the about on the top of the page, but the page content makes no mention of the arcade board. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 11:15, 3 April 2018 (EDT)
I was looking to create an article for the arcade board. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 11:18, 3 April 2018 (EDT)
Should make that clear, then. Alex95sig1.pngAlex95sig2.png 11:19, 3 April 2018 (EDT)

We got games:

Mario Kart Arcade GP DX doesn't seem to be using the arcade board from my records. --Wildgoosespeeder (talk) (Stats - Contribs) 12:22, 3 April 2018 (EDT)
