This is an addendum to a [[Talk:Super Mario Land 2: 6 Golden Coins#Decide if unlocalized Super Mario Land 2 enemies should use Japanese or generic names|previous]] proposal. Specifically, "Pako" is the game's only boss character that currently uses a foreign name. The reason is because "octopus" was deemed as a generic name. However, a closer inspection at the [https://archive.org/details/Nintendo_Magazine_System_05_1993-08_Trielle_AU/page/n53/mode/2up source] shows that it's preceded by a big "OCTOPUS" header, matching the other boss identifications. Thus, this proposal will make "octopus" the sole exception to the previous proposal.

revert to "octopus" 6-0
This is an addendum to a previous proposal. Specifically, "Pako" is the game's only boss character that currently uses a foreign name. The reason is because "octopus" was deemed as a generic name. However, a closer inspection at the source shows that it's preceded by a big "OCTOPUS" header, matching the other boss identifications. Thus, this proposal will make "octopus" the sole exception to the previous proposal.
