:The change in colour should be stated in the section on the game appearance where it first became blue (just like other changes in appearance should be pointed out in the relevant sections), but I don't think it deserves any particular emphasis as it's just a minor detail and few enemies have kept their original looks anyway.--[[User:Vellidragon|vellidragon]] 10:08, 4 June 2010 (EDT)

Please note that, according to Goombella, we don't even know if Bill Blasters are alive or inanimate objects. So Bob-ombs and Bullet Bills could be living creatures. -- Son of Suns

I think in Mario Party Advance you encounter a Bullet Bill which can speak and you challenge him to a race for a deul mini-game, also they show some level of intelligence in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga as they utilise a Super Scope (Sniper Bill), not sure about Bill Blasters though. -- Sir Grodus

I don't think Bill Blasters are alive they are just canons that are probably controlled. Little Mouser.PNGPaper Jorge (Talk·Contribs)

The change in colour should be stated in the section on the game appearance where it first became blue (just like other changes in appearance should be pointed out in the relevant sections), but I don't think it deserves any particular emphasis as it's just a minor detail and few enemies have kept their original looks anyway.--vellidragon 10:08, 4 June 2010 (EDT)
