Should we merge? Unlike other "big" subjects, this is not distinguished from the normal Grinder. --

- Doesn't appear to have a name either. I don't think we split Skewers on size. We do, however, have an article on Giant Spiked Ball.

- Name is conjectural, Giant Spiked Ball is named, and no, we do not split Skewers based on size (and they even come in many variants, plus their Mario Maker counterpart is visually distinct from the pillared ones we had). I'd say we can safely merge this.
