The area is on Isle Delfino's "fin" – west of [[Delfino Plaza]]. The harbor has a large port built into the cliff face, where there are several buildings and construction equipment. At the end is a fruit market (vacant until level eight) and the levels [[Yoshi Egg]]. In the water are several large ships, and depending on the level, various yacts and personal vessels. Over the water is a vast network of catwalks and platforms for unloading and repairing. Mario meets [[Gooper Blooper]] for the first time in this level, once in the vacant market and again on the helicopter landing pad.
