Rabbid Mechakoopas are Rabbid Mechakoopa hybrids that appear in Mario + Rabbids Sparks of Hope.they are summoned by Bowser, as a technique. When summoned, Rabbid Mechakoopas will close in on their closest target and explode when next to them, similar to Sentries from Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle. Unlike sentries, multiple are summoned at a time, and they do less damage, and have only 1 HP. They can also be picked up and thrown. As long as one remains on the battlefield, more cannot be summoned until none remain. Their appearance is that of a Mechakoopa, but with Rabbid eyes, ears, and their heads are white.
When upgraded in the Skill Tree, Rabbid Mechakoopas can have a faster cooldown, more damage, more summoned at a time, and granting them the Burn Super Effect. If the latter upgrade is bought, Rabbid Mechakoopas will be resistant to the Burn Super Effect. They also change to a red color for their entire body.
Darkmess Bowser can summon evil versions of Rabbid Mechakoopas, known as Darkmess Rabbid Mechakoopas.
