Template:Pmenemybox Poison Puffs are a variant of Ruff Puffs. Poison Puffs are green and have pinkish red eyes. They only appear in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. They are the strongest variant of Ruff Puffs that Mario and his partners can encounter in the game. Poison Puffs can charge up for a powerful poison breath attack which can poison Mario and his partner. If directly attacked, the attacker gets hurt and poisoned. Poison Puffs are found exclusively in the Pit of 100 Trials along with other powerful variants of other enemies such as Gloombas and Elite Wizzerds.
