A mushroom that kills Mario or Luigi when they touch it in Super Mario: The Lost Levels.
It was later seen in the Super Smash Bros. series, in which it temporarily shrinks characters down to one-fourth their original size.
It is later found in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, cooked by Zess T. by mixing a Slow Shroom and Inky Sauce or Trial Stew and the Dried Bouquet. If Mario or his partner eats this mushroom, Mario or his partner will lose 17 HP, be poisoned and his/her HP will be drained.
