Template:Company-infobox The Paon Corporation, Ltd. is a Japanese video game company. It was founded on January 20, 1999. It became a substantial company following the departure of Rare from Nintendo.

In Rare's absence, rights to work and build upon the Donkey Kong franchise were given to Paon. Thus far, they have presented fans with games such as DK: King of Swing, DK: Jungle Climber, and Donkey Kong Barrel Blast. Paon also co-developed Mario & Luigi: Dream Team alongside with AlphaDream.

The company released games for the Wii Virtual Console.
