Prince Mallow, a member of the Nimbus People species

Nimbus People are the inhabitants of the cloudy Nimbus Land. They are found be a very bustling and social race as encountered by Mario and gang in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. Some work as servants in Nimbus Castle. They are also shown to be very gullible people as the Nimbus People were fooled by Valentina when she claimed that Dodo was the Prince Mallow. Like Mallow, they are able to manipulate weather. The Nimbus People also run a special bus service, one that can fly through the sky.

The Cloud-spirit Flurrie from the second Paper Mario game looks remarkably similar to a Nimbus person (possessing a cloud-like body, but without feet) and uses weather-based attacks too. She may have her roots in Nimbus land.
