Some work as servants in Nimbus Castle. They are also shown to be very gullible people as the Nimbus People were fooled by Valentina when she claimed that Dodo was the Prince Mallow. Like Mallow, they are able to manipulate weather. The Nimbus People also run a special bus service, one that can fly through the sky.
The Cloud-spirit Flurrie from the second Paper Mario game looks remarkably simmilar to a Nimbus person (posessing a cloud-lke body, but without feet) and uses weather-based attacks too. She may have her rootes in Nimbus land.
