He has the highest handling stat in the game and a high weight bonus to mitigate the small characters' poor weight stats. Baby Mario's Bit Bike has the best handling stat in the game.

Mariokartwiitoad.jpg Toad Small Toad is a childlike mushroom person occasionally depicted as Toadette's boyfriend. He has both the highest acceleration and drift stats in the small class, making him have both the best acceleration stat on the Quacker, and the highest drift stat on the Bullet Bike.
Artwork of Koopa Troopa with his kart from Mario Kart Wii Koopa Troopa Small Koopa Troopa is a small green turtle and a lowly henchmen of Bowser. Koopa Troopa is tied with Dry Bones for the best mini-turbo stat in the game as well as a handling bonus, making it a good pick on the Bullet Bike, the Booster Seat, or the Bit Bike.

Small Baby Daisy is a younger verison of Daisy, even more energetic than her adult self. She is tied with Baby Luigi for the best speed bonus out of the small class, with a mini-turbo bonus to differentiate her from Baby Luigi. She is a good choice on the Blue Falcon or the Bullet Bike.
Artwork of Toadette with her kart from Mario Kart Wii Toadette Small A commonly recurring female Toad known for her cheerful and witty personality. She has the best off-road stat in the game when riding the Magikruiser or the Tiny Titan.
Artwork of Dry Bones with his kart from Mario Kart Wii Dry Bones Small Dry Bones is a skeletal Koopa Troopa and a diminutive minion of Bowser. It is tied with Koopa Troopa as having the best mini-turbo in the game, while also having good acceleration and drift bonuses. The Bullet Bike and the Quacker are good vehicles for Dry Bones.

Visibly, he possesses the lowest stat boosts out of any character, but in-game coding reveals he is the only medium racer offering off-road handling. His recommended vehicles are the Zip Zip and the Mach Bike.
Artwork of King Boo from Mario Kart Wii King Boo Large King Boo is the obnoxious ruler of the Boos. He has the highest handling boost out of all the large characters as well as a decent off-road bonus, making him a good pick for the Wario Bike or the Offroader.

Large Rosalina first appeared in Super Mario Galaxy as the self-appointed guardian of the cosmos. She is one of the fastest overall characters in the game, and offers decent handling and mini-turbo bonuses, making her useful on the Flame Runner and the Wario Bike. Rosalina is notable as the first female character to be placed in the large class, because she is partnered with a Luma.[1]

Large Funky Kong is a friend and ally of Donkey Kong who first appeared in Donkey Kong Country. He offers the highest speed bonus among the large characters, making him a good fit for the Jetsetter or the Spear.

Large Bowser's fearsome alter ego who first appeared in New Super Mario Bros. as a skeletal Koopa similar to Dry Bones. Dry Bowser has great off-road and mini-turbo bonuses, making him a good choice on the Phantom or the Honeycoupe.
