Ludwig Von Koopa is one of the 7 Koopa Kids, his name was derived from the famous composer Ludwig Von Beethoven. He's one of the toughest and most heavy duty of the 7, and has wild hair and small eyes. In Super Mario Bros 3 he's the boss of World 7, Pipe Maze. In Super mario World he's the boss of World 4 , Cookie Mountain. And he also appears in Mario & Luigi:Superstar Saga and Yoshi's Safari. In the TV series his name was altered to Kooky Koopa.
