Herb T..
Herb T. is a green cap Toad introduced in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door. He owns a small bar in Rogueport Sewers where people get together and share information. Inside the building is Wonky, and in front of him is a Star Piece. Herb T.'s name is a pun on "Herbal Tea", though "Herb" itself is an actual name as well.

- "That's the cola bar owner, Herb T. He's a middle-aged guy with a wild mustache. He may look like just another glass-polisher, but he's an old-school cola bartender, He's hilarious, but I'm sure he's heard his share of super-depressing stuff, too."
