| Appearing in courses such as [[Ricco Harbor]], Glooper Blooper is a giant [[Blooper]]. He uses his tentacles to smack [[Mario]], draining the plumber's health points. Gooper Blooper can also spew ink all over, and Mario has to wash it off with [[FLUDD]]. Once the area is completely clean, [[Mario]] can grab his mouth, pull back, and release to harm Glooper Blooper. This must be completed two times to defeat Gooper Blooper. He can also spin his tentacles around like a propeller to damage Mario.
