Galactic Conquest is a party mode in WarioWare: Move It!
Gameplay
The object of the game is to have the most points when a player reaches the Goal. The board consists of sixteeen tiles between the Start and the Goal. At the start of each turn, the players play a multiplayer microgame. The player that wins the microgame rolls a die and moves forward. The player then takes the action indicated on the tile they landed on; if the player lands on a blank tile, it is flipped over and the action is taken. Once a player reaches the Goal, the player with the most points is the winner.
Multiplayer microgames
These are the multiplayer microgames that can be played within this mode.
Tiles
Tile effects in this minigame are as follows:
Tile | Description | Notes |
---|---|---|
Advance (number) Tiles | - | The tile the player lands on after advancing is not activated. |
Point Grab | Roll the die, and add the result to your points. | The amount of points the player receives is their die roll multiplied by 10. |
Go Back (number) Tiles | - | The tile the player lands on after going back is not activated. |
Donation | Give half your points to the other player. | Points are distributed in increments of 5. |
Redistribute | Divide your points among the other players. | Points are distributed in increments of 5. |
Back to Start | - | - |
Setback | Roll the die, and subtract the result from your points. | The amount of points the player loses is their die roll multiplied by 10. |
Swap with First | Change places with the player in the lead. If you are in the lead, then swap places with the player in last place. |
- |
Warp Gate | Warp to the corresponding gate. | If landed on for the first time, the second gate is instantly revealed. |
Gather Round | Everyone's piece is moved to this tile. | - |
Goalpost Moving | Add 5 tiles in front of the goal. | The five tiles closest to home are removed, all tiles shift towards Start, and five blank tiles are added in front of Goal. Any player on the removed tiles are placed on Start. |
Exact Change | For the next turn, you can only reach the goal if your die roll takes you exactly there. | The Goal is surrounded by a yellow barrier; the player that rolls a number more than the Goal moves backward the remaining number of tiles. The rule is repealed after one turn. |
Revolution | Swaps the position of the Start and Goal. | The Advance and Go Back tiles' effects are reversed; they point in the same direction in relation with the board to reflect the change. |
GOAL! | Receive 100/150 points. | 100 in a two-player game, 150 in a three- or four-player game. The game ends when a player lands on this tile. |
