Flying Snifits are only seen aiding the Flifits that Bowser fights in Bumpsy Plains; Bowser can inhale several of their petals to leave them wilted. During a wilted Flifit's turn, the Flying Snifit will appear to water them and restore them to normal, flying away right after.
