DK's Treetop Temple is a board from Mario Party 8. This is the third board that belongs to Donkey Kong with DK's Jungle Adventure and DK's Stone Statue as the first two, and has a giant DK Statue in the middle.

It is a multi-leveled, jungle-themed board that features barrel-shaped elevators, a mech wall, bouncy leaves, and DK's Barrel Cannons. When someone stops near the cannon, he or she will will have the choice of paying five Coins to be fired sky-high to a landing pad, often within reach of a Star. There is also a Lucky Space in front of the DK statue, where it will take you to a secret path behind the board with three Coins on every space, and a Star at the end. This is the only board in the game that follows all of the traditional rules of the Mario Party series, where players had to get to the Star Space and pay twenty Coins to get the Star, after which the Star Space would move to another location on the board, and then the process would repeat.

Landing on a DK Space makes Donkey Kong appear; he will throw the player all the way to the Star Space, although they still have to pay for it, much like the Magic Lamp. Landing on a Bowser Space makes Bowser appear and move the Star to a different location, much like the Lucky Lamp, the Chomp Call or the Tweester.

Landing on the Green Spaces in the middle of the board made Ukikis appear on barrels to run players that are in their path off course. In the Star Battle Arena, they will roll right over characters, causing them to lose ten Coins. Landing on the ? Space near the water slide made players ride it to the lower part of the board, and to get some quick cash. The three ? Spaces in front of the Piranha Plants made one of them chew on the player that landed there, resulting in them losing ten Coins. And the ? Space in front of Spear Guy platforms made a Spear Guy appear to take one of the player's candies in exchange for some coins.

In Duel mode, the winning conditions were to get two Stars in the traditional way (just like Grand Canal from Mario Party 7).
