Crowber is a raven enemy found in New Super Mario Bros. Often seen in World 8, these black birds swoop down at Mario at high speeds. As progress is made through a level, more and more will appear and chase after Mario. They can be very hard to dodge, and because of their speed, they're very hard to kill. Along with the other enemies crawling around in the later worlds, it is advisable to carry an extra Mushroom.
