Crowber is a raven enemy found in the game New Super Mario Bros. Often seen in World 8, these black birds swoop down at Mario at high speeds. As progress is made through a level, more and more will appear and chase after Mario. They can be very hard to dodge, and because of their speed, they're very hard to kill. It is advisable to carry an extra Super Mushroom when in a level filled with Crowbers.
