Template:Location-infobox The Creepy Steeple is the home of many Boos and the Atomic Boo in Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door, but the most important resident is Doopliss. It is here that he steals Mario's identity and name, making Mario a shadow.

The Creepy Steeple is beyond Twilight Town and at the end of the Twilight Trail. There is a secret entrance to the Creepy Steeple through the well in front of it. There is also a secret path in the northern corridor of the building, leading outside behind the Steeple, where there is a golden tree, the only source of Golden Leaves. After Chapter 4, he abandoned this place since he was defeated twice by the real Mario and somehow joined the Shadow Sirens taking Vivian's place after Chapter 4.
