Yeah. Koops refers to him as "King Bowser" in The Thousand Yead Door, meaning that while he is indeed the King of all Koopas, not all of them serve him. And I think Count Bleck should be in this category. After all, when he was Blumiere he was the Prince of the Trible Darkness. [[User:King Boo|The King of Spooks]]

I thought "King" Bowser was just the leader of the Koopa Troop, since some Koopas (Koops, Kooper, Kolorado) and other "enemies" (Goombario, Watt, etc.) aren't directly in Bowser's control. Max2

I don't think he rules over all the Koopas and other creatures, some could have defected from his rule for a more peaceful life. -- Sir Grodus
