The Mastar is the owner of the Toad Town Dojo.

First battle HP:50 Attack:6 Beat him to win the Third Degree Card and the right to fight him again.

Second battle HP:75 Attack:8 Beat him to win the Fourth Degree Card and the right to fight him for a third and final time

Final Battle HP:99 Attack:10 Defense:1 Beat him to win the Diploma


Appears: In the room above the stairs by the main entrance to Toad Town.
