Cactuar in Mario Hoops 3-on-3.
Cactuars are part of the Square-Enix Final Fantasy series. However, this Cactuar appears in Mario Hoops 3-on-3 game. The Cactuar is an unlockable character.
He is unlocked by first unlocking Glare Desert, the final court in Star Cup. Then you must play the court in exhibition mode and wait for him to op out and then you must dribble over his head. Win the game, and he's yours!
