Missile Bills first appear in Super Mario Bros. 3. They are red Bullet Bills that have heat-seeking visuals. A Missile Bill, unless tricked, will turn around if it misses its target.
Missile Bills make a surprise appearance in Super Mario Sunshine as purple Bullet Bills shot by Monty Moles.
