Missile Bills first appeared in Super Mario Bros. 3. They are red Bullet Bills that have heat-seeking visuals. A Missile Bill will turn around once if it misses its target.

They make a surprise appearance in Super Mario Sunshine at Pinna Parks beach. They're purple and shot from the Rocky Wrench's cannon.
