Bubbles is an old Beanish who founded Chuckola Cola, Inc., the distributor of the world-famous Chuckola Cola. He appears in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga wearing a bean suit. According to Bubbles, the key to creating great Chuckola Cola is not merely choosing the best Chuckola Fruit, one also has to tell superb jokes to the brew, allowing the beverage to laugh and carbonate. Bubbles' best soda is his rare Chuckola Reserve, a brew he personally tells the jokes to. However, this Chuckola Reserve turned out to be too good.
