Scarecrow Dust

S'crow Dust is a status changing magic attack used mainly flora-inspired enemies in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. This attack affects only one member of Mario's party. When used, the enemy sprays a multi-colored dust on the target, turning him or her into a scarecrow unless he or she is wearing a Trueform Pin. While in this form, the affected party member (s) cannot use regular attacks or items but can use magic attacks.
