Pac-Man has appeared in only one Mario game, Mario Kart Arcade GP. He made his first ever appearance in his game, ''Pac-Man''.

Whether or not his appearance means that Pac-World can be physically reached by people in the Mushroom World is unclear.

Pac-Man will be returning in Mario Kart Arcade GP's sequel Mario Kart Arcade GP 2.
