A Naval Bud
Naval Buds are bud enemies that appeared in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They don't look like much but they are actually responsible for most of Naval Piranha's movements and attacks including her headbutt. They also use the water in their stems to make Naval accelerate to a moderate speed.
In Tetris Attack, two Naval Buds were the Naval Piranha's partners.
