A Naval Bud
Naval Buds are bud enemies that appeared in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. They're not very offensive but they do use the water in their stalks to make Naval pihranha accelerate, allowing her to do her headbutt attack.
In Tetris Attack, two Naval Buds were the Naval Piranha's partners.
