Hot pepper pistachio ice cream is a desert made by Mario for Queen Rotunda in the episode Love 'Em, And Leave 'Em in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show.

Mario made this in order to avoid him and his friends from being beheaded for stealing food from Queen Rotunda. After Mario made some, Queen Rotunda tasted it, only to be overcome by the ice cream's spicyness.
