The Koopa Shelleiver is a device that allows the Hammer Bros. to attack in Super Princess Peach. During the game's intro, Goomba walks in with the Vibe Scepter to Princess Peach's Castle and the Hammer Bro. asks the player to say 'all clear' to make the attack. If you say 'all clear', then that's the signal to attack!
