Sammy Rai is a large samurai-like character in Wario Ware Touch. In the Mona stage, he is announced this week's top artist. His music can be heard at the end of Mike's stage.

Trivia His name is a pun on the word Samurai, a Japanese warrior. He looks more like a Sumo Wrestler to me.
