Tap-Tap the Red Nose.

Tap-Tap the Red Nose (German Stego) is the mid-boss of World Six in Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island. He was orginally an ordinary Tap-Tap until Kamek cast a spell on him and turned him into a gigantic Tap-Tap. He attacks by jumping onto Yellow Yoshi and hitting him with his spikes. In the room where the battle takes place, the floor is made up of rectangular blocks which can be broken by throwing an egg at it. Since the large Tap-Tap was indestructable to all of Yoshi's attacks, Yoshi had to destroy him by creating an opening in the floor to reveal a pool of lava and push Tap-Tap into the lava.

He may be later ressurected as Tap-Tap the Golden, since the Nintendo Power Guide stated his introduction as "Tap-Tap the Golden is back", though they may have meant Tap-Tap the Red Nose since Tap-Tap the Golden had never appeared before.
