The Samus Doll in the toy store display as seen in "Mario Vs. Wario: The Birthday Bash".

A Samus Doll is a toy that resembles Samus Aran. It first appeared in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, where it was found in Booster's toybox on the top floor of Booster Tower.

Princess Toadstool saw it in a toy store in "Mario Vs. Wario: The Birthday Bash" and expressed that it was cute. With her birthday coming up, Mario and Wario both aimed to give the princess the doll, using trickery to get ahead of one another. However, Luigi bought the doll first, making both of their efforts in vain. Their devices against one another backfired, almost ruining teh princess's birthday. Luigi saved the day by presenting the Samus Doll to Princess Toadstool, who exclaimed that it was exactly what she wanted and gave Luigi a kiss on the cheek.
