Super Mario Bros. Wonder, is an upcoming game based on the Super Mario Bros. franchise for the Nintendo Switch, it was announced during the June 21st, 2023 Nintendo Direct. It features a brand new artstyle and new power-ups, with Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Princess Daisy, and Toad as playable characters and is the first brand-new 2D Mario game since New Super Mario Bros. U released over 10 years prior. It is planned to release on October 20, 2023.
