Blinky is a red ghost who has only appeared in two Mario games to date, and those are Mario Kart Arcade GP and Mario Kart Arcade GP 2. He is an enemy of Pac-Man and most likely the leader of the other ghosts. He debuted, like Pac-Man, in the game, Pac-Man.
