Shroobified

Shroobified is a term used to describe someone or something that has been altered or changed by the Shroob alien race.

Shroobified can mean two things: a creature enhanced by the Shroobs or a creature turned into a Shroob Mushroom. On their adventure to stop the Shroobs Mario, Luigi and their younger selves encountered several monsters which seemed to have once been normal creatures. It seemed the Shroobs may have spliced their own DNA with inhabitants of the Mushroom Kingdom, thus the creatures then gained Shroob characteristics such as purple coloration, glaring red eyes, pincer claws, etc.
