Winkles are snails found in Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga. They have large eyes on their heads and an "X" on their shells.
They run Winkle Colosseum, a stadium requiring 500 coins to participate. Inside, Mario and Luigi play the Chuckorock Bounce mini-game. Completion awards them the Winkle Card, used to get past the Winkle guard to where a piece of the Beanstar fell.
