“Ah. The crescent moon has filled out to become a FULL moon... Thus, Crescent Moon Island shall now be known as...Full Moon Island.”
Captain T. Ode, Paper Mario: The Origami King

Full Moon Island, initially known as Crescent Moon Island, is one of the 11 islands accessible in The Great Sea in Paper Mario: The Origami King and is shaped like a circle on the sea chart (a crescent moon until the middle of the island is brought up). To bring up the middle of the island with the Earth Vellumental Power, Mario must fish up and defeat the Sidesteppers at the fishing spot. In the center of the island is an angel Toad statue, and is where the diamond- and circle-shaped symbols are found. The chest in front of the statue contains a Mushroom Handle and a note from Luigi saying, "Hey, Bro! Got the key! Come find me on the mushroom-shaped island!" The slab beneath both the statue and note contains an important message for continuing through The Great Sea.

Hidden Toads

There is a pile of leaves with an origami rabbit where a Toad will be revealed when hammered.
Once the Sidestepper has been caught, an origami fish can be fished out of the fishing spot. A Toad will be revealed when hammered.
Once the middle of the island is brought up, another origami fish can be found flopping on the western side of the island.

Not-Bottomless Holes

There are two Not-Bottomless Holes very obvious on the ground of the island.
There is a Not-Bottomless Hole at the fishing spot required to fill in to progress.

Collectible Treasures

In the fishing spot, a shiny fish will reveal to be the #75 Paper Macho Koopa Paratroopa treasure.

? Blocks

To the north of the island is a ? Block.
In the a patch of sand, near the visible ? Block, is a Hidden Block.
