World 11 (Dr. Mario World)

World 11 is a snow-themed world in Dr. Mario World. The first area is available as of 2 AM PT on Jan. 9, 2020, while the second area, challenge stages and special stage are available as of 12 AM PT on Jan. 23, 2020.

When an area is cleared, Dry Bones, Bone Goombas, and Lava Bubbles appear, along with Whomp in the second area. The viruses featured in the regular stages are red, yellow and light-blue.

Area 1

	Stage 401	Dr. Diddy Kong Dr. Baby Luigi	This stage introduces barrels, which requires two hits to destroy. Destroying barrels the first time will reveal its contents, and destroying it the second time will cause the contents to be active or able to be matched. The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In addition to barrels, partially-frozen viruses are found surrounded by barrels. All barrels contain viruses.
	Stage 402	Dr. Kamek Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins. This stage is shaped like a four-leaf clover in the form of crates, where the barrels are in the middle that contain viruses in the undamaged barrels and an exploder in the partially-damaged one. The dust in this stage contains exploders. Four Floatie viruses are found on the outside of the border of crates, along with two more diagonally above the bottom one. The virus coins are found in the four corners and the middle within the border.
	Stage 403	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Peach	The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, there are four columns of barrels with a few Brick Blocks among them, with the keys and doors found on the topmost and bottom-most parts of the columns. In between the columns are Floatie viruses. Every barrel contains a virus, but the Brick Blocks have nothing in them.
	Stage 404	Dr. Baby Peach Dr. Baby Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage contains colorful crates and ice fans, along with viruses occupying on the other parts in the odd-numbered rows. In addition, shells are found in the second and eighth rows, while crates and Brick Blocks are found on the fourth and sixth rows.
	Stage 405	Dr. Fire Mario Dr. Roy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. This stage is shaped like a fireball interspersed with viruses, Brick Blocks and barrels (both partially-broken and unbroken). All barrels in this level contain viruses.
	Stage 406	Dr. Koopa Troopa Dr. Waluigi	The objective of this stage is to collect all purple coins and unlock all doors. The level contains three rows of seven purple coins, with the top row unlocked in the beginning, followed by the bottom row if the top row of coins are collected, and then the middle row if the rest are collected. Above the top row of purple coins are barriers where the middle three are active and the others inactive. The middle seven columns contain keys and doors. The Brick Blocks on the left-most and right-most columns contains hidden viruses, while the second row of Brick Blocks are empty.
	Stage 407	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are yellow cages on the left, top and right sides of the stage containing Brick Blocks and viruses, with its corresponding Lock Block found in the middle column.There are red cages each holding an exploder, with its corresponding Lock Block found in the barrel on the right side. Every other barrel contains viruses.
	Stage 408	Dr. Baby Luigi Dr. Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and break all colorful crates. This stage is shaped like a funnel, with the Empty Blocks forming the slopes, and below the blocks are crates. Five Floatie viruses within bubbles are found in the middle column blocked by a colorful crate, along with colorful crates in a checkered pattern. Viruses are found in the top-most row.
	Stage 409	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, barriers surrounded four rows of four viruses each, along with ice fans found in barrels. Additional ice fans are found on the top two rows.
	Stage 410	Dr. Ludwig Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and unlock all doors. In this stage, five of the keys and three of the doors are found in Brick Blocks, and hidden viruses are found in the other Brick Blocks. All dust hide viruses.
	Stage 411	Dr. Fire Mario Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. This stage is shaped like an arrow pointing to the top-left corner, which is shaped by purple coins, viruses and Capsule Plus capsules. All Brick Blocks except for the bottom-right one contain coins.
	Stage 412	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Larry	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage is shaped like a diamond, containing virus in bubbles interwoven with Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses and a fully frozen flask in the middle. Two additional partially-frozen flasks are found on the second row. Filled flasks in this stage shoot out either viruses in bubbles or skill chargers.
	Stage 413	Dr. Koopa Troopa Dr. Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all virus coins.
	Stage 414	Dr. Fire Peach Dr. Fire Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks.
	Stage 415	Dr. Fire Mario Dr. Kamek	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all barriers.
	Stage 416	Dr. Ludwig Dr. Fire Peach	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, ice fans forming a swirling line are found in the middle columns, with several viruses within the "curves". On the two leftmost and two rightmost columns, bubble viruses and viruses in clouds are found among Brick Blocks. Crates are found between the columns with ice fans and the columns with brick blocks.
	Stage 417	Dr. Goomba Tower Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all Virus Coins. In this stage, Virus Coins are behind all barriers and hidden viruses are found in Brick Blocks. Next to the outside barriers are colorful crates.
	Stage 418	Dr. Wendy Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, fifteen viruses in a 5x3 formation are found within Brick Blocks and barriers, with a vacant row above them. Above the barriers are crates, and above them are two rows of viruses along with three exploders in the second row.
	Stage 419	Dr. Kamek Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, crates surround the other objects. Capsule Plus capsules and Floatie Viruses are found, with the ones in the bottom row found in bubbles, unlike the ones in the top row. The middle row of Brick Blocks contain hidden viruses. The purple coins in the second column are needed to be collected to unlock the purple coins in the fourth column, followed by the ones in the sixth column, which is followed by the ones in the eighth column. Finally, after collecting the other purple coins, the ones in the fifth row are unlocked.
	Stage 420	Dr. Waluigi Dr. Daisy	The last stage of the first area, the objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, all viruses are covered in dust. Barriers are found surrounding Capsule Plus capsules in clouds around the first half of the stage. Later in the stage, Brick Blocks behind cages are found, with its corresponding Lock Blocks found surrounded by barriers. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 11 lines are introduced. When cleared, the rest of the first area in the world map gets cleared of viruses. Players also obtain the Penguin assistant upon completing this stage.

	Stage 421	Dr. Waluigi Dr. Toadette	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, five flasks are in the topmost row, separated by one column between columns. Below the flasks are four rows of crates separated by one row between crates. Floatie Viruses are found in the unoccupied columns below the bottom-most row of crates. Two of the flasks are partially filled. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses or crates that require between one and four hits to destroy.
	Stage 422	Dr. Bowser Dr. Wendy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are found in three groups of three in a row below Brick Blocks containing pink coins. In addition, the Brick Blocks in the same row as the bottom-most Capsule Plus capsules contain pink coins. Among the Empty Blocks, viruses shrouded in clouds are found.
	Stage 423	Dr. Koopa Troopa Dr. Fire Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, a row of red Floatie Viruses are found above the keys, and a row of barriers are found below the doors and a single skill charger. Between the rows of Floatie Viruses and barriers are Brick Blocks that contain hidden viruses above the red Floatie Viruses: the third row of blocks contain blue viruses and the first row of blocks contain green Floatie Viruses.
	Stage 424	Dr. Bowser Dr. Donkey Kong	The objective of this stage is to collect all Virus Coins and purple coins. In this stage, viruses in five groups of eight in the formation of rings are found in the corners and in the center, with the middle ones being covered in dust. In the middle of the dust viruses is a purple coin that will unlock the middle column of purple coins, and collecting the other coins will unlock the rest of the purple coins. Four flasks are initially half-frozen. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out viruses.
	Stage 425	Dr. Baby Daisy Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, Capsule Plus capsules are found in the odd-numbered columns, along with bubbles containing exploders and a shell in the row above the bottom-most row of Capsule Plus capsules and viruses in the other rows between Capsule Plus capsules and doors. Brick Blocks are found in the even-numbered rows and each contains pink coins. Two crates are found in the third row of this stage.
	Stage 426	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Roy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. This stage is shaped like a fruit dangling on a tree. In this stage, viruses are found among fully frozen crates, and a Lock Blocks is found below the cages that contain flasks and viruses. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses or exploders.
	Stage 427	Dr. Larry Dr. Luigi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. This stage is shaped like a box with a cross pattern in the middle of it. In this stage, purple coins are found in the corners and colorful crates are on the sides, and in the middle, a cluster of purple coins and five viruses are found. The middle Caged Coins are only unlocked after the other purple coins are collected.
	Stage 428	Dr. Fire Rosalina Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to eliminiate all viruses. In this stage, four groups of viruses are found surrounded by crates, where one side can be broken with one hit while the other sides require four hits. Separating each group are barriers (active and inactive).
	Stage 429	Dr. Wendy Dr. Daisy	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all pink coins from Brick Blocks. In this stage, exploders and half-frozen viruses are found, with some exploders surrounded by Brick Blocks that contain coins, and so cannot be matched normally.
	Stage 430	Dr. Mario Dr. Donkey Kong	The objective of this stage is to destroy all colorful crates and unlock all doors. In this stage, rows of Brick Blocks are found above barriers in odd-numbered columns, and doors are surrounded by colorful crates above the first row of Brick Blocks. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either viruses, exploders or barriers (active or inactive).
	Stage 431	Dr. Daisy Dr. Yoshi	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, purple coins, Brick Blocks, Empty Blocks and Capsule Plus capsules are scattered on the field. Hidden viruses are found in the Brick Blocks.
	Stage 432	Dr. Koopa Troopa Dr. Baby Daisy	The objective of this stage is to unlock all doors. In this stage, crates are found in the bottom two rows. Keys and doors are found in even-numbered columns and are separated by Brick Blocks, with the ones in the second and eighth columns having fully frozen blocks. On the odd-numbered columns are bubble viruses.
	Stage 433	Dr. Dolphin Dr. Baby Mario	The objective of this stage is to collect all Virus Coins. In this stage, a combination of bubble viruses and Brick Blocks are found blocking larger Virus Coins, with a small Virus Coin being blocked by the middle bubble virus in the second bottom-most row. Filled flasks in this stage will shoot out either bubble viruses or Brick Blocks.
	Stage 434	Dr. Wendy Dr. Rosalina	The objective of this stage is to eliminiate all viruses, collect all purple coins and collect all pink coins in Brick Blocks. In this stage, diagonal lines of Empty Blocks, viruses, purple coins, barriers and Brick Blocks containing pink coins are arranged next to each other. Purple coins in the center diagonal line require the uncaged purple coins to be unlocked, and the purple coins near the top-left corner require all other purple coins to be collected before it is unlocked.
	Stage 435	Dr. Donkey Kong Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, there are five sections separated by barriers and Empty Blocks. In the top and bottom sections within the barriers, Lock Blocks are found that will unlock the cages in the top section outside the barriers and the middle section.
	Stage 436	Dr. Baby Daisy Dr. Donkey Kong	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and collect all purple coins. In this stage, purple coins (caged and uncaged) are separated by Brick Blocks, with crates surrounding the area save for a lone Brick Block above the column of bubble viruses. After the unlocked purple coins are collected, the caged coins in the columns next to them are unlocked, followed by the columns next to them, and then finally the purple coins in the leftmost and rightmost columns are unlocked.
	Stage 437	Dr. Wendy Dr. Ludwig	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and destroy all Brick Blocks. In this stage, half-frozen ice fans are blocked by half-frozen Brick Blocks on three sides except the left for the bottom row of fans and the right for the top row of fans. Occupying the gaps are viruses.
	Stage 438	Dr. Rosalina Dr. Donkey Kong	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, viruses shrouded in clouds are found, along with a shell in a bubble next to them. Moreover, hidden viruses are found in the bottom-most row of Brick Blocks. At the top of the stage, viruses are found directly below colorful crates. In the same row as the colorful crates, bubble viruses are found. The top portion of viruses are surrounded by crates and bubble viruses, with an exploder in the middle.
	Stage 439	Dr. Roy Dr. Bowser	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, half-frozen viruses in groups of two in a row are surrounded by crates at the top and bottom of them, and a barrier in the same row as them. In the middle are Brick Blocks in three diagonal lines, with viruses placed above the Brick Blocks except for the topmost one.
	Stage 440	Dr. Larry Dr. Rosalina	The final stage is a scrolling stage that requires all viruses to be eliminated and all doors to be unlocked. Keys are found in the bottom-most row, and it starts out with three rows of blue colorful crates with with a number of like-colored viruses in a row above them. The next three rows contain Lock Blocks locking colorful crates are found, along with the corresponding Lock Block, viruses and a door in the middle. Above that is a row containing doors in the other odd-numbered columns and green cages locking Brick Blocks and the corresponding Lock Block. The next row contains viruses and a set of red cages, in which the Lock Block is located in the row above along with viruses and doors in the even-numbered columns. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 7 lines are introduced. Once it is cleared, the remaining area of the stage map gets cleared of viruses, and players can access World 11. Upon completion, players earn a free Staff Ticket that lets them unlock either a new doctor, a new assistant, or leveling up an existing doctor or assistant.

Challenge stages

	Stage 11A	Dr. Toadette Dr. Wario	Within a 75 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses. In this stage, active barriers in the even-numbered columns are locked behind cages, with a Lock Block in the middle column. In the odd-numbered columns, viruses and inactive barriers are found in alternating places.
	Stage 11B	Dr. Baby Daisy Dr. Wario	Within a 50 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and clear all barriers. In this stage, viruses and shells are found on the left side and barriers are found on the right. When the stage begins, the top three rows of barriers are inactive while the rest of the barriers are active.
	Stage 11C	Dr. Roy Dr. Wario	Within a 95 second time limit, players need to eliminate all viruses and clear all crates. In this stage, the barriers form four quartets, with each section containing twelve viruses surrounding crates each requiring four clears to break. Active barriers are found in the middle column and inactive barriers are found in the middle row, with a shell in the intersection.

Special Stage

	Special Stage	Dr. Roy Dr. Fire Mario	The objective of this stage is to eliminate all viruses and clear all barriers. In this stage, lines with six active barriers and a virus and lines with crates and three Brick Blocks containing hidden viruses alternate starting from the bottom-most line, with the second-last line containing five active barriers and two viruses, and finally ending with a row of Empty Blocks. This stage will scroll for one line each time enough objects are cleared, and will stop after 7 lines are introduced. Completing this stage awards the player 1000 coins and Dr. Dry Bowser.
