The Last Resort

The Last Resort is a hotel and the main setting of Luigi's Mansion 3. Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, and three Toads are invited there for a vacation party by the hotel's owner, Hellen Gravely, unaware that the hotel is a Ghost House and Hellen is working with King Boo to trap them all in paintings.

Floors

  • Basement 2
    • A Boilerworks area.
  • Basement 1:[1]
    • A underground parking garage similar to the one in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, but with a red car rather than a purple one in Basement 1.
    • A Lab where Professor E. Gadd resides in Basement 1.
    • The Laundry Room
  • Grand Lobby:[1]
    • The main lobby/foyer on the first floor of The Last Resort, with circular hanging pictures of Luigi, Mario, Toad, and Princess Peach from the ceiling, which during night, are all rectangular pictures hanging from the ceiling that have an "X" across them, which if hit with a jack-o-lantern, will release a pearl[2]
    • In the back is a cubby section behind the front desk with over thirty five mail inboxes,[3] which during nighttime has a safe that needs a Strobulb flash to open, and there's a clock behind the front desk on the left with a key infront of it.
  • Mezzanine:[4]
    • A dining room with a lot of food, with some on the ground, found on the second floor.
    • A hallway called the Elevator Hall.
  • Hotel Shops:[1]
    • An indoor shopping mall area with an escalator and many closed stores, including a barber shop, a clothing store, jewelry store, and a gift shop[5] with a club, heart, diamond, and spade playing card suits alongside them respectably, along with a cafe in the upper center. This is on the third floor.
  • The Great Stage:[1]
    • A theater entrance, with a Goob moving the rug underneath Luigi, and two restrooms on the fourth floor.[6][7]
  • RIP Suites:[1]
    • A fifth floor hallway with cleaning supplies and numbered hotel rooms (501-508).[8]
    • Hotel rooms such as; Princess Peach's hotel room (501), Mario's hotel room (502), Luigi's hotel room with a bathroom (503), a regular hotel room (504), a hotel room with a walk in closet where Chambrea is captured (505), a hotel room with a mini golf course inside (506), a bland hotel room still under wall painting service (507), and E. Gadd's room with a balcony deck and briefcase inside where Chambrea resides (508).
    • Near the vending machine area, Luigi can head outside to walk on some portions with his back alongside The Last Resort's exterior wall amongst the chipped off ledges on the fifth floor and a treasure chest can be seen.[9]
  • Castle MacFrights:[4]
    • A medieval castle based floor featuring a dungeon and an indoor arena on the sixth floor.[10]
  • Garden Suites:[4]
    • An indoor nature area with plants overgrowing the rooms on the seventh floor.[11][12]
  • Paranormal Productions:[13]
  • Unnatural History Museum:
    • A museum area with a T-Rex dinosaur skeleton, which attempts to snatch Toad's painting with its jaws, on the ninth floor.
  • Tomb Suites:
    • A desert floor with a pyramid, along with mummies and Boo themed booby traps on the tenth floor.[4]
  • Twisted Suites:
    • A magic/carnival themed floor with three magician triplets called Nikki, Lindsey, & Ginny alluding three floating top hats on the eleventh floor.
  • The Spectral Catch:
    • A cave-like pirate-themed restaurant with a pirate ship and a ghost shark on the twelfth floor.[4]
  • Fitness Center:
    • An indoor swimming pool area on the thirteenth floor.
  • The Dance Hall:
    • A disco club with neon lights and a dance floor on the fourteenth floor.[4]
  • Master Suite
    • An indoor area where Hellen Gravely resides on the fifteenth floor, with King Boo on the roof.
