Stuffy the 5th is supposedly the name of the 5th ruler of the Dolphinian Empire. As he is Deceased, he appears as a statue enemy in the game Wario: Master of Disguise. He attacks by shooting lasers out from his eyes. Wario could defeat him by jumping on it. Accordign to the enemy glossary, he had a short, yet troubled, reign. He appears in Blowhole Castle.

Trivia

  • As the newest ruler is named Stuffy, it might be that only dolphins named "Stuffy" can rule the empire.
