Grand Star

The Grand Star is a Very large Star in Super Mario Galaxy. Although the full role of this new star is unknown Princess Rosetta asks Mario to save it on his journey. She then provides Mario with a young star named Tyke who is going to assist him in his quest to save the Grand Star. Mario then sets out through the Gateway Galaxy, eventually finding the Grand Star inside a planet. One of the Stars tells him that the Bad Guys are using the Grand Star to power Something. Mario must then complete a simple puzzle to free it.
