Blaze the Cat is one of the more recent Sonic the Hedgehog characters. She is from the future, but commonly teams up with Sonic through some abnormal means. She will be featured as a playable character in the upcoming Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games, however, her character type, at this point, is unknown. She will apparently rival Princess Daisy.
