Mario Vs. Donkey Kong is a series of two games so far, consisting of modernized retellings of the original Donkey Kong game. They feature a comeback of Pauline and Donkey Kong being evil.

Donkey Kong Plus

The cancelled game Donkey Kong Plus for the GameBoy Advance could be considered a prototype to the Mario vs. Donkey Kong series; as elements shown to be a part were later integrated into the actual series.
