Quick Attack

Quick Attack was one of Pikachu's moves in both Super Smash Bros. games. To perform the move, one must press up+B, and pikachu will rocket into the sky. It will deal 2% damage to anbody that touches pikachu while in the air.
A similar move is Agility, performed by Pichu.
