- Princess Peach's Castle is the only structure that is not damaged when it is sucked into the black hole at the conclusion of Super Mario Galaxy.
- In Mario Kart 7, once a player receives a Lucky Seven from an Item Box and uses it while underwater, the Blooper rotating around the player leaves an ink trail of bubbles.
