Underhands are invincible enemies in Super Paper Mario. Their appearance is that of a skeletal hand. They are encountered in Chapter 7-1, in the River Twygz. Some of them swim around in the river, while others are attached to the ground or walls. Both of them slowly reach toward the player, damaging them if hit.
